Why is it certain crown corporations and government agencies must stop all advertising and communications for fear of being perceived as 'unduly influencing an election' while Unions can carry on with wild abandon? They call it freedom of speech, some call it blatant partisan politics.
It's not like they are telling you how to vote: 'Nudge nudge, scare tactic, veiled threat'
No, not at all.
And oh yeah, they are doing it with their member's money.
