Thanks for the hat tip, but I am a little confused. You say that the licencing says, "however you must not remove the links to CMSimple.dk & DotcomWebDesign.com."
But the links were not removed,were they? I mean, you point to the fact that the links were working, you click on them to prove the whole crux of your argument.
Perhaps the link is now more visible, which is a good thing, but the link was always there, and thus the terms of the license were always complied with.
Note the use of the term "more" visible as again, with the mouseovers left intact, the link was always "visible"

GPM, had the web site admin of sameoldsaskparty READ the license and understood it, maybe even done his job and UNDERSTOOD the license, he would have come across this:

Nice of you to split hairs, but, visible is visible. Having to roll over to see the link is NOT visible.
